1. Subscriber agrees that he/she is at least 18 years of age (21 years of age in certain areas) and has the legal capacity to enter into agreements of this nature. You are aware that you are choosing to subscribe to material that is of an adult or sexual nature.
2. As a member, you are responsible for paying the periodic membership fees of the site. Until such time that the agreement is terminated, in agreement with the provisions, Subscriber agrees to pay his/her membership fees by credit card and authorizes our billing companies to charge the Subscriber for ongoing membership fees.
3. Subscriber agrees to immediately inform our billing companies of any changes to credit card information. Changes would include, Change in home or billing address; card loss or theft, or unauthorized usage of the card; apparent breach of security of Subscriber ID or password, such that unauthorized access to the Service via the card is possible. Unless Subscriber gives proper notice to Miss Bella Bellini Productions of same, Subscriber will remain liable to Miss Bella Bellini Productions for any and all charges for unauthorized use of the Service.
4. User names and passwords must not be distributed to others. This will result in immediate termination of service and no refunds will be provided.
5. We have the right to refuse membership or cancel membership at any time for any reason.
6. The content is for the personal enjoyment of the member. It cannot be redistributed for commercial purposes or shared with other people or websites. Sharing of content or passwords will result in immediate member termination with no refund.
7. By signing up for membership to our Site , you become a Subscriber and agree to be bound by this Agreement. This agreement is subject to change by us at any time, and changes are effective upon notice to each Subscriber.
